A SOUND HEALING JOURNEY with Taylor Papp + Alissa Lamb, LAc

Last Saturday of every month | 2:00 PM | $55

Step away from the pace of daily life and give your body and nervous system time to truly unwind. This 90-minute monthly experience blends gentle restorative yoga, guided breathwork, therapeutic acupuncture, and immersive sound healing to support deep relaxation and whole-body restoration.

You’ll be supported in comfortable, fully-propped restorative yoga postures while guided breathing techniques help calm the mind and regulate stress. Gentle acupuncture treatments are offered during the practice to further support nervous system balance, reduce tension, and enhance the body’s natural healing response. The session concludes with a soothing sound bath, allowing the vibrations of crystal bowls and other instruments to guide you into a state of deep rest and renewal.

Perfect for all experience levels, this class is ideal for anyone seeking stress relief, improved sleep, emotional reset, or simply space to reconnect with themselves.

Leave feeling grounded, restored, and refreshed — ready for the month ahead.

Students are encouraged to bring their own mat and any other tools they'd like to use to be as comfortable as possible.
