Important Booking Notes

  • Insurance credentialing is always updating as we welcome new practitioners to the team. If it's your first time booking with our clinic or you're booking with a provider you haven't seen before, visit our insurance page to see our most current insurance chart.

    Upon booking your first appointment at our clinic, you will receive an email with our intake paperwork where you can include your specific insurance plan information. As a courtesy, we will contact your insurance company for a quote of benefits and send it to you via email ahead of your appointment. 

    Please note that Cameron Barton, LMT, and Lindsay Nelson, LMT, are not in network with any insurance plans at this time. Our insurance page will be updated as this changes.

    IF YOUR INSURANCE HAS CHANGED SINCE YOUR LAST VISIT: You must send us your updated information at least 2 business days (Monday-Friday) prior to your next scheduled appointment. Please email info@turningpointeacu.com.

  • Book a New Patient appointment if you are new to our clinic  *or*  it's the first time you're booking a specific service. For example, if you'd like to book a massage but have previously come in for acupuncture only, please book a New Patient Massage. You do not have to book as a new patient for every new provider you see; just if it's the first time you're coming in for a specific service. 

    IF YOUR LAST VISIT AT THE CLINIC WAS BEFORE APRIL 2024: You must book a New Patient appointment and complete the online patient paperwork via the link that is emailed to you.

  • Acupuncture bookings are offered up to 90 days in advance.

    Massage / manual therapy bookings are offered up to 60 days in advance.

    The online schedule below updates in real time and reflects our current availability. First, select the type of service you'd like to book from the list below. Then, choose a date on the calendar; the encircled dates are dates with available appointments. You'll see all of the time options for that selected date and service, with the applicable practitioner name listed within each timeslot.

    If you are not seeing availability online, our schedule for that selected service is full.
