IMPORTANT BOOKING NOTES:

• If you’re planning to use your insurance benefits please ensure your selected provider(s) accept your insurance plan. Click here to check insurance coverage by provider. Upon booking, you’ll receive an email with our intake paperwork where you can include your specific insurance plan information. As a courtesy, we will contact your insurance company for a quote of benefits.

• If you are an existing patient and your insurance has changed since your last visit you must send us your updated information at least 2 business days prior to your appointment.

• Book a New Patient appointment if you are new to our clinic OR if it’s the first time you’re booking a specific service type. For example, if you’d like to book a massage but have previously only come in for acupuncture, please book a New Patient massage. If you are a former patient of Alissa Lamb, LAc from her previous clinic, be sure to book your first visit with us as a New Patient.
