Cupping has been used for millennia by cultures around the world. It feels like a reverse massage, with a pulling sensation instead of pressure. It increases blood flow, releases muscle tensionand breaks up fascial adhesions. I use it frequently for upper back and shoulder pain, and IT band tightness.
